Good morning HartsSpace Healthy Challengers! Todays goal is FUN and worth THREE POINTS. Make a bucket TO DO list of books to read, trips to take/ places to visit (even local places restaurants whatever), classes to take, get togethers with friends youd like to arrange, events youd like to attend (concerts, expos, public speakers, etc etc) that youd like to complete/attend/ accomplish in 2015. Like a Vision 2015 Bucket list and post 5 on facebook by 7:00 AM tomorrow morning! Having things/ events to look forward to are an important part of our emotional well being. Keep in mind that its OK if you dont achieve everything on the list in 2015. And as this Psychology Today article states you can prune your list later on in the year great gardening pun!
