Good morning, Hong Kong; this is the day the LORD has made ... Prayer for Thursday, December 18, 2014: Almighty and holy God, You are the Righteous Judge; merciful and great are You, Lord of Ages. In the middle of the week, we give you thanks and praise! But Father, the wisdom You ask us to share sometimes creates temporary enemies for ourselves; grant us courage, patience and endurance to stand against their hot wind and daggers! Therefore, as we go about our work today, Lord, may Your Spirit of love, patience and mercy take root through us into our neighbors and loved ones, and may our thoughts, words and deeds be of loving service to all and to Your eternal Kingdom. Thank You for this day, O God, in Jesus healing name we pray. Amen! (Heart-to-heart combat can be tougher than hand-to-hand combat, yet more rewarding.
