Blustery, with a north northwest wind 18 to 21 mph, with gusts as high as 31 mph. Tonight: Mostly clear, with a low around 1. Wind chill values as low as -10. North northwest wind 11 to 16 mph becoming light and variable after midnight. Winds could gust as high as 23 mph. Thursday: Mostly sunny, with a high near 21. Wind chill values as low as -5. Light southeast wind becoming south southwest 10 to 15 mph in the morning. Winds could gust as high as 23 mph. Thursday Night: Partly cloudy, with a low around 17.
