Good morning. I am usually behind President Obama on a lot of issues, but the latest I am not. He addressed the decision by Sony Pictures to pull the plug on the movie The Interview which is a comedy about the attempted assassination of North Korea President Kim Jong Un. First of all I saw nothing funny in the trailers but thats another story you can read in my post I did a few days ago. This idea of people giving in to terrorist or people like the North Korean Government does not hold water with me. Our president has to realize (and he knows) Sony is a multi billion global corporation with thousands of employees. It is documented the North Koreans nearly crippled Sonys computer system with a security breach we have not seen before. Now the President and others can talk tough in front of the cameras, but Sony has to protect themselves first. It was the right decision to pull this movie because the public does not know what other threats that The North Koreans made to Sony. It was a bad idea to make this garbage in the first place. The U.S. has been put on notice. A company like Sony with one of the most sophisticated security systems in the world got breached like it was somebody hacking a facebook account. I love you, President Obama but you have to pick and choose when you want to talk tough. The North Koreans are not to be messed with. Think of what may happen if they decide to go after the Defense Dept.s security system. They may have the capability. Good day and God Bless America.
