Good morning. I meant to write this a few days ago regarding my experience at traffic court. A policeman pulled me over in April 2014 and tagged me for checking my mobile phone in the car. I was checking for email messages and he caught me. I had to show up in court. Could not just pay the fine. I go to court and there are 41 people who got caught for touching their mobile phone in the car. The bailiff lines up 7 of us at a time before the judge to speed the process along. Judge asks each of us how we plead, almost all the people plead guilty. Judge asked each one individually what we did and we answered using the phone while driving. Fine was $145 (cant remember the exact amount). There were 5 real estate agents among the 41 that day. Dont use the phone while you are driving. Cops are tagging a lot of people. Hope you dont get caught. Costs money and takes time out of our busy lives to go to court.
