Good morning! Im a director new to the animation world looking for some very specific skills to aid me in completing what I believe is a very special project, This Party Off Mulholland Weve completed principal photography and I will edit a live-action (with sync sound), 13-minute project; plot is a Hollywood party gone wrong. It stars Austin Pendleton and Julian Hester. The film is incomplete, however, as the finished project would, ideally, be 100% animated. The film is set in the Hollywood Hills but was shot in a warehouse, for instance, so the pieces that exist are only composition and movement. I have an artist rendering likenesses of each character as the basis for the animation, and some aesthetic/style guide can be found in this: vimeo/92869692. The idea is crafting a fluid, impressionistic world with a pre-existing sound design and edit (animator will not need to worry about animating unused frames or vocal elements - just to clarify, the film will be edited for picture and sound lock in its entirety.
