Good morning! In the wee hours of this morning before going to bed, I wrote this as a comment to all the beautiful comments, love and support on yesterdays Oz Update. I dont want any of you to miss my testimony of gratitude for how much YOU ALL help in this journey of health and healing. At two in the morning, Im so bowled over by the love I find here. It has taken every day and minute of my almost 58 years to truly know that I am deserving of the blessings and love and beautiful friends and family that are my life. Cancer pales. Financial whatevers pale. The aches are suspended from notice. Its the love...your love. ♥ So happy that I stopped by to abate the post-treatment steroid insomnia. Not as bad tonight as other times...probably the fatigue of 8 hours at the clinic and another mild reaction. I flunked carboplatin...but not too soon. My numbers are looking good! CA125 is going in the right direction, and no signs of anemia. The desensitization went fine until we got to the concentration I need for treatment. Despite an extra dose of steroids, I got itchy palms and soles and scalp. No wheezing nor oxygen therapy this week, so not as severe. Whew! The Wizard isnt worried in the least, and neither am I. More new tools in my toy box this time around, and its Vonnies synergistic healing mambo. And I feel the lull of drooping eyelids. Yay! And off to bed I went with a happy, full heart. :)
