I did NOT train, therefore, I still need to DESTROY my CHEST/BACK/CARDIO! What time are we training TODAY! Please advise ASAP! Im spending the night with my sister in South St Louis City!! Lets turn up!!!!! Chest/Back: Flat barbell bench press. Assisted pull ups. Incline barbell bench press. Lat pull downs. Hammer Strength decline chest press. Bent over dumbbell row. Precor chest press. Barbell row. Incline dumbbell fly. Seated Hammer Strength row. Cardio: 60min treadmill (HIGHEST incline). #BEASTmode4LIFE
