Good morning. My apologies for a post that I shared last night after a team conference call for my independent consultant business. I made an error which had I took my husbands advice to join the conference call from the privacy of my in home office there would not have been any confusion. I thought my name was called during an announcement from our Business Leader indicating that I had been promoted to Premier. I did not double check our career guide even after hearing my name called and just went ahead and posted about the promotion. That in itself is out of my normal pattern of verifying information before I post. I simply went on what I thought I heard for the announcement. My name however was called for reaching at least 300 in personal volume to date last night so that still is some accomplishment. I made the error because I did not want to leave my family to be on the conference call while we ate dinner together. But, as we all do know, when there are distractions and background noise, you can miss something in communication. In this case, I did. Lesson learned and my husband was right again. I should have left dinner to be on the conference call.
