The cold front will be moving through our area later this morning. So temps will start falling later today. Another inch or so of rain could occur today. A Dense Fog Advisory for sea fog is in effect for the tidal lakes and sounds as well as the inner coastal waters this morning. The fog conditions should improve by mid- morning. Overnight low was 65.9° Current temp @ 7am is 66.9° Our high so far this year is 97.6° Our low so far this yeas is 16.4° Total rain this year, 65.91 Sunset: 5:05:02 pm Tomorrow Sunrise: 6:53:18 am If you enjoy getting these updates tell someone! We have 1,082 likes :) A FLOOD WATCH is in effect until 6pm Sunday for areas north and west of lake. South of the lake and MS counties no longer under a Flood Watch. Rainfall amounts will be near 1-3. DENSE FOG ADVISORY for lakes and coastal waters until 9am Sunday. Scattered showers or thunderstorms will move through during the early morning hours Sunday as the front approaches. A few downpours still possible. Once the front moves through, the heavy rain threat will diminish and temperatures will fall during the afternoon. We will top out around 68° before temps start falling. Morning fog will still be a problem. Today: Showers likely and possibly a thunderstorm, then showers after noon. Some of the storms could produce heavy rain. Temperature rising to near 68 by 9am, then falling to around 58 during the remainder of the day. Southwest wind 5 to 10 mph becoming north in the afternoon. Tonight: Rain likely. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 49°. North wind around 10 mph. Monday: Mostly cloudy, with a high near 58°. North wind 5 to 10 mph. Monday Night: Mostly cloudy, with a low around 44°.
