Good morning Peeps and how you all doing this beautiful morning ? OK now lets get down to business, went outside this morning and there is our resident pigeon sleeping on our front door mat. It is a homing pigeon and is registered to the National Pigeon Association number 896, tried to find the owner but no luck so I called Animal Control and they have a worker there that takes all the pigeons to her home and she takes them all in. So I proceeded to make a call Well be there ASAP ! Well we all know what ASAP means when theyre good and ready . So Reg and I are trying to figure out how we will keep this pigeon here until Animal Control arrives ?? Fishing net !!! Yes of course what the heck I havent used the net for fishing at all this year so why not net a pigeon ??? Yep I got it the first try, so the little guy flapping his wings like he was getting ready to fly away and drop the trout net over the little guy. Boy this is a lot easier than catching Momma Black !! She just left pigeon in tow unharmed thank goodness. Thats it Peeps enjoy the day :-)
