Good morning! Put on your favorite song and get up and dance, jump around, go swimming, cartwheel across your hallway -- just move. If youve been sitting in your place for more than half an hour, then get up and do anything. Movement is necessary for a healthy/active lifestyle. Movement is a whole other amazing aspect to health and fitness that is rarely mentioned. Walking, bowling, taking the stairs, dancing, gardening, vacuuming, moving, grooving.... basically any type of movement that isnt your workout. Being healthy isnt about extremes at ALL.
