Good morning Quang Ngai!!! Headed to the ocean after breakfast, our guide tried unsuccessfully to have us stop at the site of the My Lai massacre but we declined. The South China Sea is beautiful and the weather cleared just long enough to enjoy a long walk on the beach. Then it was off with our driver in an attempt to find a section of the Long Wall of Quang Ngai. Named a historic site in 2010, and has been compared to Hadrians Wall. Well tourism isnt what were accustomed to and we were forced to abandon our plan since the bridge had been washed out and we had to turn back. Spectacular countryside though, scooters, heavy loads of bananas, autos sharing the road with water buffalo and the language barrier is an interesting challenge!
