Good morning Riverwood! We are mailing the first contact letter to all lot owners today. It basically is just asking how the owners want to handle the lot owners association going forward. We realize that the information we are getting from the Hamilton county tax records may not be up to date. All letters are addressed to the current owners listed on that site. That being said we know that some properties are on contract, and or not up to date, and others are rented/leased. For the sake of transparency and ensuring that all residents are included and able to be part of shaping the future of the neighborhood.... we drafted a second letter including all the verbiage of the first and will deliver them to your mail box flag Tuesday. Please look for it and join the fun!
