Good morning Sandy Lake. I just want to say a big thank you to everyone that voted for the youth council election and everyone that helped out to make it all happen. As the newly appointed Youth Chief, I also want to congratulate my fellow youth council members. My Deputy Chief, Seth Fiddler and the councillors, Jared Meekis, Kristen Mckay and Claudette Linklater. We look forward to the year ahead and can’t wait to get the youth involved with more community events and giving the youth a sense of community pride and setting forward a positive outlook on life. We hope to gain the support of our community and will do our best to make Sandy Lake a better place for the youth. Whether it be holding events for the youth, speaking on their behalf, raising issues that pertain to our youth, or just being seen at community events. We will be there! I can’t wait to get things rolling, so watch out and keep an ear open. We’ll have some awesome stuff going on real soon! Thanks for reading! Have a good day everybody! :)
