Good morning :) So after a bad sleep and still being awake at 3am, i was rudely woken by the sound of my alarm beeping at me at 6am :( i turned it to snooze but lay staring at it for about 5 minutes thinking OK WHY DO I WANT TO LEAVE THIS WARM BED?? with only 10 days until the #worlds why am i even asking myself such a dumb arse question lol so i finally get up, and pull on my trainers, even my dog is looking at me in discust!!! BUT we hit the pavements anyway and 5 minutes into it i feel AWAKE and glad im outside doing my morning walk rather then starring at gym equipement on a treadmill or even still asleep (although wi wasnt thinking this 15 minutes before!!) 60 minutes done and i feel much better for it and my dog is fast asleep again and seems content! So just wondering how many of you head to bed and set ur alarms with all the great intentions of starting your day off with some exercise? do u get up or do u press snooze and think u will start it tomorrow instead lol :) (you know u have done this!!! i have!!!) So what are the benefits of Morning exercise?? well this is what i think: 1) Weightloss and toning up - yes thought id make that NO.1 because we all want to loose weight and/or tone up dont we!! In my opinion morning cardio in a fasted state is far more of a benifit for weightloss goals. its been proven to work yet some people just cant workout on an empty stomach so if you cant then have a small piece of fruit or a smoothie to keep you going! 2) ENERGY: Exercising produces endorphines guys.... Improve ur mood and look great at the same time!! WIN WIN
