Good morning!!! Thank you God for another day clean & sober!!! Each day I ask God to keep me sober!! Its His power that got me sober and keeps me sober! I do have to do some footwork for this is a program of action!! I have to pray, ask for help, talk to sober people, read my books, go to meetings, and help others. That for me is a lot easier than all the running, conning, lying, taking that I had to do in my active addiction. Thoughts are going to come, my disease wants me back, thats where the rubber meets the road. As long as I do those simple things above, its just a thought and it goes away. God has blessed me with a network of friends, a safety net!! Im so grateful I use the tool box daily to keep my sobriety. My sober life today is build solely on my sobriety!!!
