Good morning! Thanking God this morning for watching over our CHS girls Volleyball team last evening....praying for Mrs Penny Turner as she recovers from the injuries sustained in a really bad car accident on 45 last night! Also for the family of the person in the other car who lost their life. Life is precious folks, we must never take it for granted! Keep all of these girls in your prayers today. Thinking how blessed we all are! As bad as it was for mrs Penny and the three girls in the truck with her, they were very lucky that it wasnt worse! Thank you Lord for keeping your hands of mercy on them! Thought for today: sometimes bad things happen that are out of our control. We can only pray that whatever the consequences are that we are strong enough in our faith to accept them and learn from them. Easy to say I know...until it happens to you....God never gives us more than He knows we can handle....the popular saying right now I will praise Him in each storm is never more true than it is right now! Praising God in ALL things is what we do as Christians. Yes unbelievers think we are nuts, but they dont know our Lord like we do! So today, right now I am praising God from whom ALL blessings flow! All have a great day and remember to lift these girls and Mrs Penny up in prayer today!
