Good morning, The German stock market closed with a price explosion on Thursday. Investors reacted with a sense of relief to the result of the monetary-policy meeting of the US Federal Reserve. While the passage in the Feds communiqué was deleted that said that interest rates would remain low for a considerable time”, the Fed did indicate instead that it would exercise patience concerning the tightening of monetary policy. Sentiment was further supported by the second consecutive rise in the Ifo business climate index.
