Good morning! This morning in Grafton is an event for kids that sounds pretty awesome! At 11 a.m., kids will have a chance to build their own rockets and launch them from a giant catapult at the Grafton VFW Fire Hall. In this free program for children third grade and up, experts from Empire State Aeronautics Museum will teach about the science of flight and how to build an aerodynamic rocket. Participants will then be able to do a real flight test. This program, sponsored by Grafton Community Library will be held at the VFW Fire Hall as part of the Grafton Summer Youth Program but is open to the entire community.
