Good morning, We are on to a new challenge a fresh new start.. Pace yourself and do the best you can. The most important thing to remember is that this is not a race, posture, control and motion are the key to a successful workout.. Please dont hesitate to reach out if you need help and if I cant get to you someone will.. Samantha Cary is a fantastic help and quick to answer as well.. Lets rock this next challenge and focus on staying active and healthy.. 10 bridges ( pumps) 20 sec bridge ( hold tight once your in a bridge position) 10 sec superman pose 5 pendulum plank ( eachside) - 2 reps ( 2 times) 10 corkscrew ( side to side =1) 20 crunches 10 lunges ( each leg) 30 squats 5 reverse flies- 2 reps (2 times) 8 minute walk 2 minute jog- 10 minutes total 64 ounces of water!!!!
