Good morning! Welcome to day 4 of the squat abd push up ch.allenge! I used to do these push ups for volleyball and let me tell you. .. They will get you the results you look for. Give them a try! If your still unsure if your doing your squats correctly try facing the wall like you see in the picture! This will help you keep your back straight and take you down to that 90 degree angle! Happy working out!
