Good morning! Well, today is the day when our new specials menu is released after the staff get to sample the menu and learn more about the preparation and ingredients. Its our favourite time of the week and we look forward to introducing it to you from tomorrow lunch time. In the mean time, take a look at our Valentines menu! We still have a couple of tables left on the 14th of February so here is a copy of the menu to wet your appetite. Remember that pre booked tables receive a complimentary bottle of Ice cold Prosecco to enjoy with their meal. Enjoy! Valentines night – February 14th Starters Traditional Tomato & Basil soup (v) Rich in texture, a hint of basil and blended with fresh Cotswolds cream. Served with crusty wholemeal baguette Goat’s cheese & beetroot tian (v) Delicately stacked fresh beetroot with melted goats cheese, drizzled in a balsamic glaze and accompanied with a fresh garden leaf salad Scottish Oysters A Valentines staple, these fresh Scottish oysters are delicate in taste and texture and served with a light champagne mouse. Lemon Sorbet …to cleanse the pallet Mike Mains Pan-fried duck breast Succulent duck breast sealed in the pan and finished with a green pepper corn and fruit honey glaze. Served with delicious fondant potatoes Monkfish & salmon paupiettes Decadent pieces of monk fish wrapped in Scottish smoked salmon. Served with new potatoes and vegetables julienne Roasted pork tenderloin Slow roasted pork tenderloin in porcini mushroom sauce.
