Good morning, Yesterday lunch was very busy, sorry for those who had to wait a bit... the caravan seems to be shrinking on busy times (not sure why...) and the salt, cheese and many of their friends to be hiding behind each other!!! Here is todays menu: - Free range chicken breast, fried with thyme & oregano, served with Harissa mayonnaise (harissa is a tunisian condiment made with chillies, garlic and peppers) , fresh tomatoes and lettuce in baguette bread £5 - Organic mutton meatballs (mutton mince, cumin, coriander and garlic), spicy chickpeas, pickled jalapenos and parsley & garlic yoghurt sauce, served on StrEatery 82s flatbread with a wee side salad £6 - Goat cheese bruschetta: Sorbie Galloway farmhouse organic goat cheese and homemade tomato sauce on toasted sourdough, served with wee side salad £3 (can also be served with organic gouda cheese) - D&G burger: Barlochan Highland beef burger, Cream O Galloway organic cheese, homemade barbecue sauce, homemade pickled lebanese cucumber, gem lettuce, vine tomato and red onion on artisan brioche bun £5 - Mission street food burger: Barlochan Highland beef mince, caramelised onions, Cream O Galloway Gouda cheese and caper aïoli on artisan brioche bun £4.50 Thanks Ben & Kati Ben & Kati
