Good morning. You guys are all doing so well. T&T yiu both have inspired many to take charge of their lifestyle. You both should really consider writing a book. For most of you. This is day 15 or more. If you have not done so, For the next 6 days, try to limit your carb intake to half a cup, once a day. Continue to protien base your meals. For example: meat, fish, beans or poultry, and veggies 2 meals. And meat, fish, beans or poultry, veggies and half cup of grain for one meal. This will lessen your sugar intake even more. This is also an excellent time to further detox your blood, liver, kidney etc...with herbal teas pills or tinctures. Remember No bananas, mangoes, apples, enriched pasta or grits!!!! Later on in the week, I will post healthier sweet substitutes that you can incorporate back into your meals if needed Be well!!!
