Can we please remind everybody that although we welcome communications from our tenants in all the possible ways, we will not tolerate abuse in any form, including the use of bad language on our Facebook wall. We would like to encourage open discussion on this page however, we will review all comments. We aim to create an open, honest and constructive community. If you have a complaint we ask that you register it officially so that it can be properly investigated and responded to. You can find more about our complaints procedure on our website or call your housing office. We also suggest that often the best way of dealing with an issue is if you allow us to call you and discuss it so we can gather the full facts. You can find posts which meet any of the following criteria may be removed: • Abusive, bullying, defamatory, threatening, racist or obscene • Violates any law or regulation • Infringes any intellectual property rights of any person or entity • Spam • Contains links to malicious software (phishing, spyware, etc.) • Is false or misleading in any manner • Contains links to any of the above • Is not in compliance with Facebooks Terms and Conditions
