Good morning all. I had a dream last night but I have a question before I start: Do fans(of any kind) use conventions(anime, comic, games, ect.) as an excuess to find a relation ship? In the dream: I start off in a line going into the convention center(baltimore) for otakon. I feel dumb because for a moment I thought it was real and thought it came early...I want to go back. :c lol anyway, I had a flash back(yes a flash back) of how I got in this line. I was with some friends looking for something I lost. Then we got mad at each other and we sperated. I was walking on my own, irritated at everything, looking down while walking. then I heard a womans voice saying are you okay? I looked up and it was someone I havent seen before and she looked beautiful(in my way). I told her my issue and she helped me understand my problem. I thanked her and she gave me this sweet smile that warmed my heart and she left. After that I wanted to see her again. Anyway, I apologized toy friends and (dream wise) otakon was coming up so I brought us all tickets to make up for it. So now Im back in line, about to go in and they told me I wasnt wearing a name tag. So I went out to he lobby to my shoes(forsome reason I had them off). And I could not find them. Looking everywhere, I hear a familar womans voice saying are you okay? I turned around and there she was again. Again I told her my problem and she helped looked for my shoes and she found them. I.side my shoes were both my ID and otakon name name tag. I was relived and thanked her. So during the 4 days(pre-reg included) we spent the hole time together and I almost for got about my friends. So on the last day we found them and the first thing they said was your a bad host. I rubbed the back of my head and apologized then laughed. Then I said that I will see her later and thanked her for the weekend. All she did was shake her head, smiled and then disapeared(yes her hole body faded away). My friends asked who she was and its funny because we did all of that and never asked each others names. We got to know each other better and shared our intrest and ideals. All of that but never gave our names. Regardless, that was a good dream and I cant wait for otakon next year weather or not that does happen. I feel happy right now. c: though I am very sorry for leaving my friends back there. just hope they had a good time.
