Good morning all Im frustrated today. I sent a text to Monash (Melb hospital) to ask if Darryls serum same had arrived. Received answer this morning that samples go straight to the lab and results take up to 4 weeks. I called them to ask when I would be coming in for my sample as obviously that results would require my sample? Ahhhh well the lady doing my case is on leave and keeps these things in her head. Wtf? Seriously? I said that were all right to go and just need this test. She is going to email the lab and let me know. Far out. I keep thinking of the TV shows where a recipient is advised of an organ and its all charter planes, cops, roadblocks lights and sirens but this situation is so disjointed and no evidence of urgency. Rant over - fair dinkum unless you keep on their case you never know whats going on. Anyway mate hope youre not feeling too bad today - Im on this and will be a pain in their arse til we see some action
