Good morning all..happy Monday.. Do all exercises then rest 1 min. Repeat2 -3 times. Get up and down today.. --10 burpees all the way down to floor..Touch stomach to floor then jump back up to standing position. --16 jumping lunges. Start in forward lunge position and jump up switch feet and go back down into lunge. (8/side) --50 mountian climbers on hands. --20 step ups. Step one foot up on a chair or bench and raise other knee up toward chest, step all the way down with foot and repeat 10/ side. 1 side at a time. --20 sec side plank holds. Both sides. --20 Air squats..normal squats with a jump when u come back up to standing position. --10 Up/down planks. Start plank on elbows, then push up onto hands (palms on floor), then back down to elbows. 5 times leading with right arm, 5 times left. --100 (yes 100) running in place high knees. --10 jump shots. Stand like you are going to throw a basketball with a jump shot. move hands to simulate shot. 10 per side ..shoot to left and shoot to right. --100 ab crunches (small motion)
