Good morning all, it’s certainly cold this morning. Has anyone got anything nice planned? 8 crimes have been committed over the past 24hrs (0700 08/11 – 0700 09/11) An individual was arrested on Plymouth Grove Longsight under the dangerous dogs act after it jumped up and bit an officer. Following a house party on Welby street, Longsight. Offender is ejected from the party who then assaults the victim. There was a theft from person on Oxford road, University area. Victim is on the phone and the offender cycles past and snatches the phone from the victim’s hand. Criminal damage was caused to a vehicle on Clowes street. An assault occurred on Rona close whereby the offender was arrested. 4 individuals were arrested following a drug deal on Stockport road Ardwick. Also in Ardwick on Stockport road (unrelated incident) another individual had their phone snatched from them. Lastly, there was a robbery inside Birchfields park. A female walking through the park is approached by a male who grabs her bag from her, causing her to fall to the ground following a struggle.
