Cheimen AGC in Kaparuso area, Bomet region was officially opened and dedicated yesterday Sunday, 14/09/2014 by the Bishop Africa Gospel Church Kenya Rev. Dr. Robert Langat. The Church was started in the year 1999 at the home of Late Ruth Shadrack Chepkulul who donated a plot for church planting. The Bishop asked the faithfuls to make use of the sanctuary to do Gods deeds because it is a holy place. Bishop Langat sermons came from the book of Nehemiah 2:17-20 which he emphasized that, we build Gods sanctuary and eventually God in heaven will give us success. He also prayed for the family of Chepkulul. Present was Bomet Regional Director Rev. Caleb Langat, Bomet Region Women Leader Mrs Grace Koech, Kaparuso Area Director Stanley Towet, Kembu District Leader Pst. Samwel Tangus, Cheimen Pastor Wesley Korir among other servants of the Lord. Leaders present were Bomet East MP Bernard Bett, Beatrice Kones and Kembu MCA Julius Korir among others. God bless you all.
