Good morning and Happy Saturday Calabasas!! The weekend is here!! Becuase of the great response for our LA Beer Week Specials, weve decided to kick it up a notch for the rest of the fall. We will be offering three specials plus our beer dessert paired with some of our sensational ales. In order to give everyone a chance to enjoy, well be offering these for the whole weekend! (While supplies last) Well even give you a dollar off the featured beer when you order it with the special weve paired it with! Todays delicious specials are: Brunch Special: Dill Shrimp Omelette $11.95 Monterey jack cheese, roma tomatoes, chopped green onion, fresh dill cream sauce qne shrimp lightly folded into a fluffy egg omelette. Served with farmhouse potatoes and fresh seasonal fruit. Crispy Brussel Sprouts served with our beer mustard! This appetizer serves well with the Yellowstone Pale Ale! Pulled Pork Sandwich: Tender pulled pork marinated in our own spicy bbq sauce on a toasted brioche bun with crunchy pickles & fried onion strings and served with cajun garlic french fries. This entree pairs particularly well with our Timber Wolf Bourbon Oaked Red Ale. Ale battered Fish Tacos with a mildly spicy cilantro cream sauce and a side of spicy gaucho rice. This entree pais well with our new single hop Lone Wolf IPA! Punkinweizen caramel apple crisp which pairs of course with our punkinweizen!
