Good morning beauties, because a lot of you asked me what I’ve - TopicsExpress

Good morning beauties, because a lot of you asked me what I’ve used to create a smoky, I will lay down some steps for you 1.Prime your eyes (put some also under your lower lid), I’ve used NYX white base 2.Take a soft brown shadow and put it in your crease blending it outwards on your brow bone, I’ve used MAC’s Haux 3.Take a black jumbo liner, I’ve used BH cosmetics Eye Crayon, called Shadow 4.Draw a line across your lid near the lashes and then over the outer part of your lid up to the crease creating a V-shape 5.You will now blend all that out, the line near the lashes you blend upwards over your lid to your crease, the V-shape you blend in its place just softening the lines (because you want to keep that part of your eye darker than the rest) and smudge it in to the crease. 6.Take a black shadow and put it on your lash line blending it upwards to your crease and again on your V-shape blending it out in your crease (basically the same step as before). Put some more shadow to get your desired effect. I’ve used H&M black shadow, you can use any that you want but make sure that it can blend easily. 7.The black shadow you will use also on your lower lid under your lash line, keep it thick and smudge it out to avoid really harsh lines. You can reapply until you have a nice dark line underneath. You will connect the line with your V-shape! 8.Take a brown shadow, you don’t want to take too much, just dab your brush in the color and tap the excess off and put it in your crease blending it upwards on your brow bone towards your brow (towards your brow but keep a part open so you can highlight underneath your brows!), I’ve used MAC’s Handwritten 9.Now highlight underneath your brows and blend the lines out so you have a smooth transition, I’ve used MAC’s Nylon 10.Take a black gel liner and draw a line on your lash line to make a cat eye, make it as thick as you desire, I’ve used Catrice black gel liner 11.You will use the gel liner also on your lower lid underneath the lashes and smudge it in-between as well, I’ve put some also on my waterline because it will last longer, but you can use any black liner. 12.Put your favorite mascara on, one that will give your lashes volume, I’ve used Yves Rocher, Lash Plumping Mascara 13.You can put some fake lashes on or not 14.The most important thing with a dark smoky is that your face is spotless and especially in your eye area, because your dark spots will stand out and you want your smoky to be the only one to stand out!!! I hope that this has been helpfull and if you have any questions please feel free to ask! Good luck… ;)
