Now, as we all have been following the #Ferguson story with the police shooting of 18 year old #MichaelBrown, a recent video has gotten aired several times showing Michael Brown robbing a local convenient store earlier in the day prior to the shooting. Seen below you witness Michael, and a few others, taking a handful of cigars from behind the register, then pushing the store clerk to the side as he left without paying. Going viral almost immediately, it seemed to me that the video was being used to give reason or explanation for the eventual shooting of the teen...painting him as a violent thug and miscreant. #Contributingwriters, a few questions: What connection (if any) does this robbery video have with the actual shooting later that day of Michael Brown? Does this video make you look at the overall incident with a different perspective, knowing now that Michael Brown had the capacity to commit such a crime?
