Good morning diary, Although yesterday was very long and despite how tired I was, I had a great leg workout. I put in every last bit of energy I had, and was very happy with my training. I finished last nights workout with leg extensions using the 28 method... If you have never heard of the 28 method, it is very simple! First start with 7 full extension repititions and half negatives, then move to 7 half extensions while coming all the way down. The next 7 reps are full and slow extension and the 7 are full and explosive! This workout is an awesome finisher, and I challenge all if you to give it a shot!
