Good morning everybody!!! Today one of our favourite and most adventurous option is back on the menu: the Korean taco!!! A Korean/Mexican fusion first invented in 2008 by Korean american chef Roy Choi (whose trucks change location ever day!) this popular dish is now served in numerous locations in the US. Although someone does some similar tacos in London (kerbfood/traders/kimchinary/) it seems we are the only ones in the UK to serve the taco as it is in L.A!!! Todays offer: - Kalbi taco: Barlochan highland beef strips in homemade korean marinade, served with homemade salsa roja, red onion/coriander/lime relish, shredded cabbage/iceberg with homemade chilli-soy dressing on StrEatery 82 flatbreads £7 - Bruschetta: homemade tomato sauce and organic Cream O Galloway Gouda cheese on toasted artisan sourdough bread served with a wee side salad £3 - Organic mutton kofta burger (mutton mince and spices), organic yoghurt and garlic sauce and homemade pickled carrots & jalapenos on artisan brioche bun £6 - D&G burger: Barlochan Highland beef burger, Cream O Galloway organic cheese, homemade barbecue sauce, homemade pickled lebanese cucumber, gem lettuce, vine tomato and red onion on artisan brioche bun £5 - Mission street food burger: Barlochan Highland beef mince, caramelised onions, Cream O Galloway Gouda cheese and caper aïoli on artisan brioche bun £4.50 Thanks Ben & Kati
