Good morning everyone!!! Are you all ready for day 3? By now some of you are feeling a little sore and wondering how you are going to be able to complete this. Take note of the quote below Pain is temporary but quitting lasts forever. This is only 30 days and I promise as your body adjusts to the movements and you get stronger, this will come easier. With the numbers steadily going up, it will challenge you, but you can do this!. Push yourself to do as much as you can do and keep coming back each day. Hope you all have a wonderfully active day! As always remember to eat healthy, drink water, do 30 minutes of cardio activity and get plenty of sleep. For those that are just starting with us, dont worry about catching up. Start with day one and work through the challenge on your time schedule.
