Good morning everyone, Beautiful morning here in central NSW Australia. A little more rain would be appreciated but beggars cant be choosers. Our neighbours offered us their grapes off their vine as they dont eat them (it was an existing vine when they purchased the property) I decided to make cheats quick grape juice as I had seen many others do in the past. We opened one thismorning (even though itvis supposed to sit for 3-4 weeks) just to get an idea whether we had got the sweetness correct, and it was spot on.This will be delicious when it sits for a while. We may now go and pick and process a heap more and this will make a lovely refreshing summer drink as an alternative to wine, water and soda stream drinks.
