Good morning everyone. Been at the doctors since 7am will be here till 11am. Im getting more heart test done. They are finding some fluid build up on the left side of my heart. They looking at what causing it. They also trying to find out why my legs have poor circulation amd they fall asleep standing etc. Ive maintained my weight. The dieticiam and dr wants me to lose 15 to 20 lbs making me weigh 155. Am I nervous of a stroke or heartattack. Nope ill continue pushing the envelope and livimg life to the fullest. They want me to slow down. I said ive always maintained high stress level,etc. No plans on changing it. Hope all my friends have a great day.
