Good morning everyone! Early yesterday evening, I found myself - TopicsExpress

Good morning everyone! Early yesterday evening, I found myself questioning one of the many projects Im developing for the coming year. Ive yet to decided on a name for it, but it involves a members only, daily and weekly newsletter aimed at helping people attract more opportunity in life. And in the midst of brainstorming and vetting a number of ideas, I began questioning and doubting myself as to whether or not I could pull this off. After all, I have no formal qualifications, credentials or accolades of any kind, that would extend me any sort of credibility on the matters of wealth and creating opportunity. So who exactly was going to buy into this program if I had no verifiable background in the matter? I was able to eventually work through my feelings and get back to work, but I couldnt stop the question from bouncing around in my mind yesterday evening. At one time or another, we all struggle with feelings of inferiority, insecurity and self-doubt, especially when comparing ourselves and our abilities with others. We question whether well measure up before our audience, or even if were strong enough to rise to the occasion, whether its in accepting a promotion, public speaking, raising children, blogging our thoughts, preparing Christmas dinner or simply being a good friend to someone. It is easy to forget that were all born unique with certain attributes, gifts and talents perfectly fitted to fulfill whatever task God has ordained for us. But it becomes so easy to forget because we spend all of our time studying and watching how others have been shaped, molded or have found the ability to tap into their God-given potential. We feel that were not as good, never will be, and unfairly judge our own efforts based on the efforts and contributions of others. We find ourselves wondering why we cant be as attractive, charismatic, creative, responsible, magnetic, athletic or any degree of successful. Instead of rejoicing in who God has made us to be and pursuing His purpose for our lives, we focus on our limitations, or rather, our self-perceived limitations. Weve tricked ourselves into believing we cant, rather than accepting and KNOWING that we were born with everything well need to make it happen. We become paralyzed by our own self-defeated thinking. There is nothing more powerful than knowing who you are in the eyes of God, because that person, can accomplish anything he or she sets their mind to. You have to know that you are Gods creation, gifted with the abilities and strength youll need to fulfill his uniquely fashioned purpose for your life. Despite your weaknesses and perceived short comings, no one will ever be better at being you than you yourself. And even if they are more attractive, more intelligent, happier, thinner, financially stable, or an achiever, they can never be you, and thus, can never fulfill what God has decided for you to do, better than you can. Know your worth and own your power, and be confident and committed to being the be the best you that God has made you to be! Take care, and God bless! :)
