Good morning everyone. Gabriel is doing remarkably well. He recovered nicely from his Cath and is home and happy. He tried rice cereal with bananas and apples and he did really good. He also loves water he will suck it up from a syringe, but we are working on getting him to drink from a sippy cup. He has a OT appointment next week to help us teach him more oral motor skills so he can start using his mouth more and hopefully only using the Gtube for meds. He is rolling from one side to the other but hasnt mastered rolling completely over yet. That dang arm gets in the way :) He knows how to give a high five and he can blow kisses!! He has been maintaining his sats and gaining good weight. Just waiting on a call back from his heart surgeon on the surgery date. He went to his first Restaurant yesterday and did great! I am going to be making some Tshirts today for CHD awareness week in February. We hope you order one, all proceeds go to Gabriel! His sisters fundraiser for Jump Ropes for heart is still up and ends on January 28th. Thank you everyone who made a donation, Madison was Very excited and is very close to meeting her goal.
