Good morning everyone. Hospital hopping today which is just as well as its blooming cold in the workshop today. The wind is coming in off the sea so no protection from the mountains this time. In the absence of any pen talk I thought Id turn to guns. My family doctor got me into pistol shooting when I was about 5. I had the normal childhood interest in guns and a fair collection too. He came to see me one day and brought his Ruger .22lr semi auto pistol to show me and thats how it all started for me, even though it was to be another 11 years or so before I got my hands on a real pistol to shoot. That was at Hereford City Pistol club and the gun was a Webley .22lr single shot pistol. Since then Ive shot almost everything that goes bang other than artillery and shoulder launched missiles (not much call for them in the Police). So the question is. If you are shooters and not on here just because of the amazing artwork of my pens :) How did you guys get into shooting?
