Good morning everyone; It is funny in life how people believe they are the only ones that represent childcare. Obviously there are a lot of consultants out there that work hard in the childcare industry as well as I do. Everyone has their own opinion on what great childcare settings should be about. I obviously have differing opinions to some although with my 20 years experience in childcare ,my experience as a business manager and also my experience as a trainer and assessor I know that I can provide a service that will educate you, help you feel part of the growth and also make you feel you are in charge of your own destiny. That is what I want for services being made to feel they are doing a great job and given advice rather then being made to feel they are failing.
