Good morning everyone, Its a great day for Murrays Mini Mania! Following three successful Mini rounds of racing, Im proud to announce the time, and date for MURRAYS MINI MANIA ROUND 4. Round 4 will be held Sunday August 10th, 2014..With practice beginning at 1pm and race time at 2pm (times subject to change, but not date). In wake of this exciting news, TEAM MURRAY is proud to announce the signings of his three man team, Gregory Joel King, who is 3rd in points with only a 9 point deficit, will be riding the TTR 125. Thomas Mathis, who is 4th in points, with one moto win, will be riding the KLX 125. Trevor Taylor who is 2nd in points, with 3 moto wins..will be riding the crf 100. The event will be held rain or shine, and I plan on doing some track maintenance Sunday morning August 3rd, I would like to add a couple of rollers in a couple corners and maybe a small whoop section. If any one is interested in assisting with track maintenance Sunday August 3rd, in the Am.... please contact me this week As far as the round itself..Round 4 will feature Two..Ten minute plus 2 lap motos...one will be ran backwards, one will be ran forwards. The decision of which moto to be ran backwards will be voted on by you guys....on race day.. Also I recommend byob and of course bring your own water, I will supply one case of water but we all know they go quick, food wise ill figure out in the coming weeks, we may be getting it from our White Fence Farm sponsor :). Everyone, family and friends is of course welcome to attend and cheer on your favorite rider. As far as other storylines to follow, RUMOR, has it Chris Cross will be racing this round, after missing round three Chris is expected to come out swinging!! The rookie of the year Billy Rosenberg will more than likely be in attendance..with a 4th place out of 6 in round 3. BIlly shows hes got some push to keep him running with the big boys, as per Gregs contract his xr 100 will once again be up for grabs. The big story is Clinton Eastwood Mathis...He is currently our points leader and has led the entire series, Mr consistent has yet to score a moto win, but consistent results and no crashes have shown that Clinton has what it takes to be this years Champion. Chris Archibald, has been MIA the past couple of rounds, whether he is alive, or not..no one knows, but rumor has it Chris is in the market for a scooter...brappp lol!!! After missing round 3 Rick Nichol is uncertain if he is racing or not in round 4, rumor has it he may be retiring from Murrays Mini mania :(. One again we are sure to have some awesome racing, with the points being so close and only two or three rounds remaing, the Championship chase is sure to heat up starting with this round. At this time I would just like to Thank everyone for their participation in making these events happen, you guys are awesome and we cant wait to see you guys at Round 4!!
