Good morning everyone!!! Just wanted to make sure all the parents knew that there is a football meeting on Tue. 10/29 at 8pm at the Civic Center lower basement. It is across from Larose’s and next to the fire house. The reason Im sending this out to everyone is that the league is in dire need of help with several things and there are several positions up for election next year including mine. We have a VP position, Coordinator position, Treasurer position, Secretary position and I believe we are in need of someone taking over the concessions. Ive been doing this for a long time and have noticed a dramatic drop off in parent involvement and am asking that if you are interested in any of these positions or would like to just have an idea heard or talked about please attend this and other meetings. I have been trying to spread the word all season that we are in need of more help. The biggest reason I hear as to why people dont show up is they dont know about it, which is why Im emailing all the 3rd grade parents. Im trying to contact as many people as I can to tell them about this and other meetings and to let people in general know how important their involvement and help is. We all want this organization to succeed and continue to grow, but it will not happen without parent support and help. Thanks for taking the time to read my ranting and I hope to see several of you at the meeting. Rodney
