Good morning everyone. Sunday morning and I woke up in time to see dawn.. Nice. Blue skies with some clouds but looks to be a cold and clear morning at least. Off to church at 11 and then working on the prep work for this quilt Im starting. Takes almost as long to plan as it does to put it together. Pollo ala crema for dinner today. Love that meal - never had it in Mexico, but several restaurants up north have it. Mostly, its chicken pieces, with mushrooms, onions and cream (sour or Mexican cream), and served with rice. Some restaurants add peas, which always puzzles me - dont ever remember having peas in anything Mexican when we were there. Perhaps in other communities they had more variety. We were pretty restricted to the State of Jalisco, and I understand other areas are very different with their cultural tastes for food.
