Good morning everyone! We are off to the market in a wee bit. Day two of our weight regime. I hate it already. These meal replacement drinks are worse than the barium meal drinks that you use to have to take for ulcer Xrays. Michael Vernon is taking them a lot better me; but, wait until he starts eating the yogurt for his snacks. lol At least in the long run, I will have a closet full of clothes to wear. I am already beginning to feel like Fred Flintstone on his diet. I hate it - probably it is psychological. Ya, that is what it is. Well, it is either this or surgery and I refuse to get the surgery.
