Good morning facebook. I hope you are all well. Sitting here in front of the screen with tears in my eyes. Remembering the first time I held my oldest child in my arms. Today is her birthday and she turns 29. Being a mom is the best thing Ive ever done. And the one thing I am good at. I know god gave her to me to show me what I meant to my mom and dad and the meaning of Unconditional Love. And to bring me closer to them. I can remember not wanting to hold her. The thought of being responcible for someone else other than myself scared the hell out of me. But once I did I knew that was why I was here. No more doubts to whats and whys. From that day on for two yrs after I asked at least 100 questions from anyone who would answer.....Why does she breath like that when she sleeps....What is that rash...Why is she still crying when Ive done everything she could possibly need LOL. Mom would say Well babe some times babies just get mad for no reason and ya just have to let them cry LOL It just means she has good lungs LOL and of course dad would tease Well heck babe I didnt even know what color her eyes were till she was four months old because when she cried she was so chubby her eyes would close shut LOL It never bothered me none because I knew in my heart she had them both wrapped. Looking at the woman and mother she herself has become today makes me so proud. And I know all 3 of her grandparents are looking down on her with pride as well.
