Good morning family. How are we doing? Its with deep remorse I tell you this sad news that leaves a sour taste on the tongue. Its about our year book. For far too long, since late February or early March that we paid him 70%, we (both me and the committee) been fighting him to fulfill his own side of the contract in giving us our year book (50 copies only) but he has been playing truancy with his integriy and erratic in communicating with us. Later he came up with probably a cock-and-bull story that the publisher is having challenges from the government and bla bla bla. It was later we gathered that Accounting, CSE and Agric depts are in the same boat with us. I know we (both me and the committee) are responsible for your money and our integrity is at stake here but I beseech you to please understand with us
