Good morning family and facebook family! Can Jesus be your Savior, but not your Lord? What do the bible say about that? Can Jesus bring you from death to life (John 5:24-25, 1 John 3:14), without bringing you from sin (Satan, Gen 4:7) to righteousness (Christ, Isa 54:17)? Rom 8:1 There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh (Gal 5:16-21), but after the Spirit (Gal 5:22-26). Gal 5:16 This I say then, Walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfil the lust of the flesh. Gal 5:18 But if ye be led of the Spirit, ye are not under the law. Gal 5:24-25 And they that are Christs have crucified the flesh with the affections and lusts. If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit. Matt 7:21-23 Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven, but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven. Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied (preached or witness) in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works? And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity. See Matt 7:15-23 Luke 6:46-49 And why call ye me, Lord, Lord, and do not the things which I say? Whosoever cometh to me, and heareth my sayings, and doeth them, I will shew you to whom he is like: He is like a man which built an house, and digged deep, and laid the foundation on a rock: and when the flood arose, the stream beat vehemently upon that house, and could not shake it, for it was founded upon a rock. But he that heareth, and doeth not, is like a man that without a foundation built an house upon the earth; against which the stream did beat vehemently, and immediately it fell; and the ruin of that house was great.
